Sometimes Jingles Are True

A couple of months ago my front right tire started squeaking whenever I'd turn to the right. In the last few weeks it became a constant "reee reee reee" any time my speed was below 30mph, which meant on every single street in Chicago. I only drive a couple of times a month so I kept putting it off. Tomorrow, though, I'm heading to Indianapolis and if I didn't get it repaired my mom would have my head.

I took it to CarX dreading major work and a huge bill, but hoping it just needed to be greased up. Was I relieved when Joe told me that the tire shield was bent and no parts had to be replaced. I asked him to go ahead and change the oil.

While I was waiting I heard him talking on the phone to another customer. This poor guy had quite a hefty bill and he still needed to get his tires aligned at another shop. Joe said that CarX was taking care of it. That made me optimistic that my bill would be low, but I still expected I'd have to pay around $100 just for the labor.

My bill? $22.07 And the ride is smooth and quiet.

CarX seems to understand customer service. Take care of them, instill trust, and they'll come back to you for life. Thanks, Joe!
