If you were born any time before 1980 you recognize my lame reference to that old Wendy's ad. If you weren't, then you have no idea that there's any reference at all. Either way, the title still applies. With a 44oz rib chop, I couldn't think of anything other than "There's the beef"!

The Bristol, which has quickly become known as a carnivore's paradise, has upped their game again. The Slagel Family Farm has delivered some hefty hunks of rib roasts to Chef Chris Pandel and he's carving them up into 44oz portions, then basting them with garlic, shallots and rosemary. At $115 this behemoth may seem to have an equally robust price tag, but it serves four people so it's actually a bargain.
