Garrett Popcorn fans might consider it a "miracle". The beloved maker of salty sweet snacks is reopening a flagship store in Michigan Avenue today. Stop by between 10am and noon for a sample of their famous Chicago mix. They'll also be providing ponchos if it rains and giving away "Scratch & Win" cards. The Miracle Mile might be just as busy as when Oprah shut it down...
