Museum of Science & Industry Free Friday

The Museum of Science & Industry is celebrating its 76th birthday, and we're the one getting presents. The family favorite is offering free general admission on June 19.

Make a day of it by getting there early to shop at the farmers market, then see Naha's Chef Carrie Nahabedian during her special chef demonstration in the rotunda at 11:30am. After that check out "Explore the White City: World's Fair Simulation". This virtual recreation of the Columbian Exposition of 1893 is at the Museum for three days only. The other two days tickets are $40 because they include admission to the museum. Since getting into MSI is free tomorrow, tickets to the simulation are only $27. (Call 773.684.1414 to reserve)
