Chef's Table: Via Ventuno

Chef Jim Kilberg will talk and answer questions about Italian cuisine (Coco Pazzo Cafe, Bice, Gioco). Now at the helm of Via Ventuno's kitchen, Chef Kilberg is focusing on regional Italian cuisine with inventive twists. The menu showcases Kilberg's talent and knowledge of Italian fare, derived from years of experience in Chicago, as well as time spent working and traveling throughout Italy (Becco Fino, Florence; Borgo di Fontibussi, Chianti region).
 
Advisor and Sommelier Justin Leone (formerly at Alinea) will discuss wines, cocktails and Italian pairings.
